Hello there! I'm Gavin, Gavin Toulson-Davey and I'm the owner/manager of Wormwoods. My team and I find ourselves stuck bang smack in the middle of some very exciting times. We're about to open the store. Our little eco-friendly store. It's all very exciting. But troublesome too. You see, we haven't open our doors yet, in fact we've past out official opening date by about a week. I did a plan and everything, but that doesn't really seem to count for much down here, no this isn't the city and things take so much time - so much more time.
These are exciting times but I want to keep my business open and transparent. I want to give my staff a platform and my customers some insight. I want a conversation so please feel free to ask questions.
It only seems fitting and appropriate and useful to start off by explaining that it's not all going to plan.
I know some of you (if your local) may have noticed that we're not open yet (some of you have discreetly asked Mrs Wormwood this lunch time if all was well ) so I just wanted to start off by saying that all is not well at all. But I'm on to it. I'm stepping up to the mark and with the sterling assistance of my team we'll sort I'll have it sorted out in next to no time.
