Just got back from my meeting with Stephen. I'm slightly surprised by the negativity of the comments on this but that's ok. It was just an idea. Maybe we, as a team should meet to discuss how we approach this kind of thing in the future. I'd just like to pick up on, what I think are, a few misconceptions here.

Mrs W - nobody would be wondering naked or half naked in our store. The floatation part of the store would be sectioned off, with changing rooms etc. Of course you wouldn't be serving half naked people at the checkout! I'm delighted by the fact that you have entered a into a dialogue with the local community about this idea but it may have been more constructive to consult directly with me before hand to ensure that you fully understood the nature and scope of my idea.

Stephen, we spoke at length this afternoon about what is expected of you and how your role fits into the overall fabric of wormwoods so I don't think we need to discuss your comments further here.

Crystal, regardless of any issues that we may currently have I think that it maybe more constructive if you focus on what we are (all of us) are trying to achieve with wormwoods as a business and would kindly ask you to refrain from any personal abuse. Because it's hurtful and doesn't help us as a team to move forward.
